Role Specifics
- Review / checking of design and documentation of civil infrastructure for land development and civil infrastructure projects
- Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Undertaking quantity calculations and preparation of cost estimates.
- Preparation of construction specifications, tender and contract documents.
- Superintendents Representative duties for construction contracts including inspections, stakeholder queries, site meetings, contractor claims and general project admin
Looking for Civil Engineers with a Degree and anywhere from 3 years to 7 years experience ideally in the land development industry in WA.
