Your Opportunity
Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking applications from
Graduate Civil Engineers. We are looking for driven individuals, eager to learn, and able to juggle a healthy work/life balance from January/February 2025.
As the Graduate Civil Site Engineer, you will see yourself working initially on our Concrete project in a remote location across Australia, commencing in a
2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be accountable for:
- Assist Project Engineering teams in providing pro-active and timely engineering services to stakeholders, ensuring the client’s contractual, technical & quality requirements are met
- Assist in interpreting specifications, drafting & maintaining drawings & plans & preparing data, calculations & reports
- Assist in identifying and reporting changes to project scope
- Perform engineering assignments on projects that meet project requirements, on time and within budget
- Provide administrative support as required to the Site Engineering teams, Construction & Project Managers
- Assist Project Engineering teams with quality assurance (QA) activities
- Establish, build & maintain strong effective working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
To be successful, you will have the following:
- Civil Engineering degree - A must
- Preferably some experience with internships within similar industry or other
- Ability to work under pressure and in a remote location
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to problem solve
- Eager to learn, proactive attitude with goals of working on FIFO major projects
- Full Australian working rights
