Multi-disciplinary 2nd tier requires high-performing structures foreman to manage the in-ground & structural works on a $80M project in Richmond
Our client is a steadily growing multi-disciplinary 2nd tier builder. They have been in operation for over 20 years and have grown steadily in that time. They turnover $500M delivering projects ranging in value from $5M - $200M.
They have a soon to commence $80M apartment project in Richmond and require an experienced structures specialist to drive the in-ground and structural works.
The successful applicant will be a key member of the management team and report directly into the site manager. To be considered for this role you will need previous structures supervisory experience on projects valued over $10M on either the builder or sub-contractor sides. You must be technically oriented and come from a trade background and possess exceptional organisational and motivational skills.
We are not looking for a fence sitter, we are looking for a dynamic operator capable of really driving the structure sub-contractors, someone that is willing to roll their sleeves up and smash out a tough days work.
In return you will be rewarded with a salary ranging in value from $160,000 - $220,000 dependent on experience and an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level with a company that prides itself on a positive working environment and high employee retention.
