This dynamic role will involve elevating performance and delivering excellent customer service while providing direction and strategy to enhance tenant satisfaction.
The Position
Based on-site, you will oversee the management of two commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality tenancy management, financial oversight, marketing, and facilities management. You’ll be tasked with developing a long-term, sustainable property strategy that aligns with corporate goals and enhances tenant satisfaction.

Your Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in managing commercial assets, with knowledge of sustainable, 5-star NABERS properties.
- A Bachelor's degree in property or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Hands-on capabilities with a willingness to lead by example.
- Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and supporting your team.
- Ability to build rapport with tenants and identify additional value opportunities.
- An innovative, entrepreneurial spirit, with the drive to represent both assets.
