Roles And Responsibilities Of The Contracts Administrator Will Include
- Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation.
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
- Progress claim assistance and external variations.
- Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts.
- Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
- Communicating regularly with project stakeholders (verbally and written) as required by the Project Manager.
To be considered for the role of
Contracts Administrator you will require:
- Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
- 4 plus years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator.
- Experience working on commercial newbuild pojects
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, work collaboratively and drive customer-focused outcomes.
- Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of the Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
- Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
