Your Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fitout projects from conception to completion. This role calls for a proactive and strategic individual who possesses excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Oversee end-to-end management of fitout projects, ensuring timely delivery while effectively managing project budgets.
- Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to tenants with varying levels of commercial understanding.
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define and execute project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Demonstrate a strong capacity to navigate conflicting priorities seamlessly, leveraging exceptional communication skills and resilience.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with design, tendering, HR, and other teams to ensure alignment.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and multiple stakeholders.
- Navigate fluctuating project volumes with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $3 million.
- Oversee contract agreements and ensure compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Skillset and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in fit-outs and moves.
- Strong financial analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- High accountability and a ‘see it, do it’ attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages swift decision-making and innovation.
- Proven client interfacing and onsite expertise, ensuring high levels of stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and moves simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Capacity to provide insights and recommendations in complex situations.
