About the Role:
In this role, you will take charge of ensuring the seamless operation of ouroffices across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), creating an environment whereteams can thrive. You’ll manage everything from day-to-day office resources tofostering a vibrant and collaborative workspace. A key aspect of your role willbe overseeing lease agreements—reviewing terms, negotiating with landlords, andensuring all conditions are met—while keeping a close eye on costs andapproving lease-related invoices. You’ll also play an integral part inresearching and selecting new office locations, contributing directly to thegrowth and expansion of our global footprint.

Your leadership and ability to build strongrelationships with landlords and vendors as well with your internal teams will be essential in keeping ouroffices running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the efficient operation of offices in the APAC region, ensuring the Brisbane office maintains a tidy, safe, and functional work environment.
- Manage room setups and breakdowns, including handling furniture, operable walls, whiteboards, and flipcharts to support meetings and events.
- Coordinate building maintenance, cleaning, and repairs, and handle general administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, managing mail, banking, printing, binding, and shipping.
- Manage the office environment, including kitchen resources and front-of-house areas, ensuring a seamless meeting experience for employees and visitors.
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding, including preparation of starter packs and access to local systems.
- Assist with organizing and planning company events, tradeshows, conferences, and other activities.
- Review, negotiate, and administer office leases and insurance coverage in coordination with PSC Legal Counsel.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions, while serving as the primary point of contact for landlords and property managers.
- Research and evaluate potential locations for new office spaces, contributing to office expansion.
- Approve and process invoices related to leases and operational expenses, ensuring timely payments.
- Lead special projects, such as office relocations and vendor management, while ensuring data privacy and confidentiality.
We’d love you to have:
- Proven experience in facilities management, including managing vendors and overseeing lease agreements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing proactively to a collaborative team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
- High level of professionalism and polished presentation in all interactions.
- High emotional intelligence, flexibility, and adaptability to handle both remote and onsite tasks.
- Comfortable troubleshooting problems calmly and efficiently, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work from the Brisbane office at least three days a week, with occasional travel to other ANZ and global PSC offices as needed.
