About The Role
The Bay Building Group is seeking a Repair Coordinator to join its Streamline Projects Team in Vic. Reporting to the Manager | Streamline, you will administer repair jobs from the authorisation phase all the way through to handover/customer sign off. You will ensure all procedures are adhered to, insurer policies are abided by, whilst coordinating with all relevant parties on repair jobs.
Key Activities (include But Are Not Limited To)
- Coordinating all phases of the repair job, scheduling contractors to carry out repairs, job file administration and ensuring repairs are completed per Australian standards/codes and at a high quality
- Job budget management and variation review
- Communicating regularly with all relevant parties regarding the repair process
- Actioning all correspondence received in relation to the jobs you are managing in a timely manner
Skills And Capabilities
- General understanding of insurance, the property claims process or construction concepts (highly desirable)
- Experience managing claims and/or projects
- Customer service experience and stakeholder management
