Hays is currently working with a renowned civil construction company in search of Asphalt Construction Workers in the Perth Metro Area for a long-term project.
Your new role
You will be working within the south-east metro region, working alongside a large crew of asphalt workers for a long-term civil construction project with many hours and ongoing work.
- Civil roadworks - spreading, smoothing, evenly distributing asphalt by hand and machine
- Contribute to all necessary tasks
- Efficiently operate plant machinery (incl. Roller, Skid Steer, and Excavator)
- Carry out general labouring and manual handling when necessary.
- Maintain and fixing defects and equipment
What you'll need to succeed
White Card
Driver's Licence (HR Desirable)
Machine Operating Tickets (Desirable)
Civil Construction Experience - Labouring or Machinery
Asphalt Construction Experience
Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Police Check
Willingness to learn
Can-do attitude
Reliable and Punctual
Excellent communication and attention to detail
