- $120k to $130k Base, plus 11.5% superannuation

In This Role, You Will:
- Deliver detailed substation designs and drafts in a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Take charge with minimal supervision, utilizing your technical skills to drive successful design projects.
- Lead by example: mentor and train junior team members on best practices in drafting standards, drawing management, and software usage.
- Collaborate across teams, fostering open communication and promoting continuous improvement for project success.
- Drive process improvements to enhance safety and optimize service delivery.

Your Expertise:
- A minimum 2-year diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in substation primary drafting.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS2067), particularly for Civil and Primary Design.
- Proficiency with CAD tools, especially MicroStation.
- Deep understanding of substation design, drafting regulations, and electrical clearances in HV Transmission.
- Essential: Experience working in Australia and full working rights to work in Australia.
