Our client creates windows, doors, shower screens, and everything glass with Australian design and construction. They have an exciting opportunity for a factory worker/assembler to join their welcoming, helpful, and motivating team on a casual basis located in Canning Vale.
The role will be working Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 3pm and Friday 6.30am - 12.30pm on competitive hourly rate of $32 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
Key responsibilities:
- Assemble glass products and frames using a range of hand tools
- Complete scheduled orders within allocated time frames
- Manual handling duties
- General cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Reporting on orders and production
Successful candidates will have:
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Experience as a glazier is highly desirable
- Great punctuality and time management
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
- A national police clearance within the last 3 months or the ability to obtain one
