What’s on offer?
Due to business growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asphalt Foreman to join the Asphalt Laying team based in Hazelmere. With demonstrated experience as a Foreman, you will professionally manage a team, ensuring that there is a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, punctuality, reliability and respect for others.
This position will require you to work weekends, nights and away from home at times. We're looking for a hardworking ethos, reliability and honest and an individual with demonstrated asphalt/industry experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Asphalt laying physical duties.
- Mobile plant operation (e.g. pavers, rollers, skid steers, crew truck).
- Road work construction and maintenance.
- Assisting with toolbox meetings, pre-starts, risk assessments and project specific data capture.
What we need from you?
- Demonstrated Asphalt Mobile plant experience is advantageous.
- A valid HR vehicle licence.
- Construction Induction card.
- An interest in working outdoors and in all weather conditions.
