Details: Expressions of interest are being sought from suitable applicants for three months with possibility of extension for the Assistant Director, Contract Management unit within Infrastructure and Contract Management Branch.
In the role, you will lead a small team to ensure the day-to-day management of the TFM Contract Management Team, which includes Governance, Invoicing and Tenant Responsible Maintenance (TRM). You will play a leadership role in monitoring performance indicators to ensure performance against contractual obligations.
You will have an opportunity to provide advice on financial activities and performance under the TFM Contract, ensuring integrity and transparency; along with input into the reviewing and monitoring financial reporting against the Services Budget to ensure value for money outcomes.

Essential
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- Working with Vulnerable People Card or willingness to obtain. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Apply for or renew a WWVP registration - Access Canberra (act.gov.au)
- Experience in managing and leading teams in a client focused environment.
Desirable
- Experience in the management of government contracts.
- Experience working with complex spreadsheets and financial management systems or a qualification in finance and/or accounting (or a willingness to undertake) is highly desirable.
