• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes using Agile methodologies in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements that meet the needs of the CER and its stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and to develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning, and the ability to promote a positive culture of innovation and agility within teams.
• Understanding of or ability to acquire understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures, and the ability to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
Program Management Officer:

• Demonstrated experience in program management and adapting to changes in program priorities and scope.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think analytically along with organisational, program and time management skills.
• Scheduling, data analysis and reporting skills and experience in a government program management operating environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, and to develop strategies and contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning, and the ability to promote a positive culture of innovation and agility within teams.
• Ability to acquire understanding of relevant policies and procedures, and to ensure Change Program deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
