As we expand, we are looking for a Canberra-based Defence Project Manager with practical experience to join our team for an immediate start. In this role, you'll lead projects that align with our mission and help shape the future of our company.
About the Role
This role involves managing Defence projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering outcomes that matter. You will lead projects, engage with stakeholders, and produce clear documentation that helps drive practical impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Defence projects that deliver strategic outcomes aligned with client goals
- Produce reports and documentation that informs and empowers decision-makers
- Oversee project planning, execution, and risk management
- Engage with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and support project team members
Ideal Candidate Profile
We value candidates who bring practical experience from the Australian Defence Force. The ideal candidate would have:
- Hands-on experience in the Land Domain
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent writing abilities focused on the production of clear, effective documentation
- A background from the Royal Military College-Duntroon (preferred but not essential)
- Availability for an immediate start in Canberra
- Minimum NV1 security clearance (required)
