Are you a seasoned Nightshift Supervisor with a passion for large-scale projects? Our client, a leading Tier 2 builder, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team and ensure smooth night-time operations on a significant project in Sydney.
Role Overview:
As the Nightshift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all night shift activities on-site. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in maintaining productivity and safety during night-time construction hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate night shift construction activities and site personnel
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Maintain quality control and monitor construction progress
Liaise with day shift supervisors and project managers for smooth handovers
Manage site logistics, resources, and equipment during the night shift
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during nighttime operations
Maintain detailed records and reports of night shift activities
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in supervising night shift operations on large scale building projects over $60M
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment
Relevant qualifications in construction management or related field
Proficiency with construction management software and tools
