Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in high rise structures? Our client, a prestigious Tier 1 builder, is seeking a skilled and driven professional to oversee a landmark project in Sydney.
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising the construction of high rise structures, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the site team, subcontractors, and trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage site logistics and daily operations
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and solve onsite issues
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project alignment
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in supervising high rise building projects
- Proven track record with Tier 1 construction companies
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or related field
- Proficiency in construction management software
