Job Description
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Foreman to join this already successful team working mainly on Commercial Fit-out projects. This role will enable you to utilize your extensive experience and grow with the company both in your position and remuneration. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:
- Reading and interpreting plans to carry out construction work accordingly
- Supervising Trade staff, subcontractors and laborers
- Ensuring everyone on site adheres to strict OHS procedures and guidelines
- Ensuring efficiency as well as quality workmanship in all work
Your profile To be successful you will need to have a stable career history with experience working in the Commercial sector. You will also need to have outstanding communication and leadership skills and demonstrate a successful track record of delivering projects safely, to a high standard and on time. You will also need to be available to work on Saturday.
