- Oversee the planning of site preparation activities, foundations, drainage, and other civil works for solar and BESS projects from a high-level support role.
Civil Division Growth & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue external civil and earthwork contracts to better utilize the civil department’s resources.
- Coordinate with business development and marketing teams to seek out and bid for civil construction contracts outside the company's EPC projects.
- Develop and manage relationships with potential clients for external civil works, ensuring high levels of service and project delivery.
Subcontractor & Resource Management:
- Manage the coordination of subcontractors and internal civil teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks in alignment with project schedules.
- Ensure that all contractors meet the required quality and safety standards for civil engineering tasks.
- Optimize resource allocation within the civil division to balance internal and external project demands.
Quality Control & Compliance Support:
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure all civil works adhere to quality control standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulatory standards through coordinated efforts with project management teams.
Budgeting & Cost Management:
- Monitor civil project budgets and control costs in coordination with the finance team.
- Prepare estimates and manage civil construction financials for both internal EPC projects and external contracts.
- Support procurement and sourcing activities for civil materials, balancing internal project needs with external contract requirements.
Reporting & Communication:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of both internal and external civil projects.
- Facilitate communication between site teams, subcontractors, clients, and senior management.
- Report on project performance, including financials, schedules, and resource utilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
