Role Overview
In this key role, you will oversee the delivery of all construction and capital projects, reporting directly to the Director of Projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects achieve their highest and best use while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget, and according to plan.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Supervise capital works within parameters set by the Director of Projects
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including scope definition, programming, and deliverables
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated documentation
- Plan and schedule project timelines and goals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide advice on construction, cost estimation, and programming issues
Stakeholder Management:
- Set and manage project expectations with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Develop and deliver progress reports, required documentation, and presentations
- Support existing and future tenants with improvement plans and property leasing
- Review tenancy/adjoining owners' plans to ensure alignment with property interests
Due Diligence and Compliance:
- Assist in due diligence of properties prior to acquisition
- Advise on repairs and maintenance of properties
- Manage project budgets and analyze project feasibility
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
- Adhere to all relevant state and national legislation
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management
- QBCC Project Management Services license (highly regarded)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry
- Proven track record in delivering capital works, commercial, and industrial projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office platforms
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and project delivery
