The Role:
We are looking for a driven, innovative and highly skilled Senior Site Managers to join a high performing project teams in both the West location and Southeast region.
Responsibilities include:
- Proven experience as a medium density Senior Site Manager, successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
- A strong background in medium density projects, with an appreciation for complex, high-end builds.
- Leadership skills that inspire your team and subcontractors to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
- The ability to foster a positive, productive on-site culture, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- A commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work on site meets the highest standards.
- A keen understanding of cost control and project requirements, with the ability to make sound, informed decisions.
- A track record of running a clean, organised site, recognizing this as key to success.
What’s Needed:
- Trade qualification or additional tertiary qualifications in building highly regarded.
- 8 years+ experience in the site supervision and management of medium density construction projects, including planning, programming and the management of subcontractors and site labour.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of trades, with the ability to drive project performance.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on managing budgets, preliminaries, and variations.
- Excellent safety and systems management skills.
