THE ROLE
The Principal Project Manager (Financial) will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's Public Housing Renewal Program, Ground Lease Model and support the High-rise redevelopment agenda to increase social and affordable housing in Victoria. The Principal Project Manager (Financial) will provide authoritative financial and project analytical advice to the Director, Large Scale Partnerships and build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver key project outcomes. The candidate will be a dynamic and flexible individual with extensive experience in financial management, financial modelling and reporting.
Are You
- Able to manage and oversee the financial management of all stages of the delivery program across multiple projects, with a focus on complex funding models and complex contracts?
- Experienced at developing and delivering financial performance insights, budgeting and reporting, payment processing, project feasibility analysis, including complex financial models for structured financing transactions?
- Able to collaborate with internal and external technical, design and construction personnel to assess key project issues and risks against financial frameworks to effectively manage the agreed risk allocations under contracts?
- Experienced in managing and overseeing project feasibility analysis, government procurement processes, tendering and contract management and administration with a focus on financial and commercial analysis, contractual performance and contract variations?
- Efficient in providing leadership, guidance and authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders on legal, financial and commercial matters?
