Facilities company seeking experienced Building Manager
About Us
We are a highly experienced FM company operating for over 14years. Our office is located in central Melbourne, providing senior management and accounting staff to oversee the day to day operations of our buildings.
An exciting opportunity has become available in a prestigious apartment complex for a full time Building Manager. Monday to Friday role (on-call for emergencies only- fire/flood/full building outage), close to public transport and working with amazing support staff!
About the role:
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Administration (answering of emails, phones and texts)
- Familiarisation of Owners Corporation Rules
- Resident Services (receiving and dispersing of packages, resident queries, residential disputes)
- Monitoring common property facilities
- Reporting of breaches
- Patrols of building
- Reporting to the OC Manager of any urgent issues requiring attention
- Carpark Patrols
- Daily reporting of shift activities
- Use of CCTV monitoring equipment and security procedures
- Use of BMS- BuildingLink or similar
- Great customer service focused role
Current police check and working with children's certificate is mandatory for this role.
Salary is $75,000-$85,000 plus benefits (superannuation, annual leave, personal leave).
Punctuality and presentation must be first class.
