The Role
- Management & development of the production drafting team
- Set and maintain standards within the team & external resources
- Implementation of production drafting procedures and process
- High level of quality control within the production team
- Appropriately manage workflow across the team
- Ensure that the quality of documentation is to a high standard, drawings are accurate, well structured and clearly presented.
- Communicate with internal & external consultants
About you
- Experience in a similar role with residential industry
- High level of management & communication skills
- Strong experience with production & construction knowledge
- Strong work ethic & ability to prioritize
