As a Site Manager in Bowen Hills, Brisbane you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Task & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but will not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement project programs, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Lead and manage subcontractors and site personnel
- Primary point of contact for clients and other project stakeholders
- Supervise and oversee site operations
- Maintaining professional and positive relationships with tradesmen, suppliers and clients
- Maintain and address OH&S and site safety compliance
- Managing project budgets and build time frames
Qualification & Experience
Key Attributes And Experience
- Minimum 10+ years commercial construction experience
- A strong portfolio of education or commercial projects in the $5-$30M range
- Trade Qualification in Carpentry or other relevant trade
- Leadership – ability to work independently and proven experience in effectively managing a team including subcontractors, suppliers & support team
- Depth of knowledge in construction methodology and various trades (structural, civil, services, facade, framing and finishing)
- Experience in reviewing project plans and specifications, understanding of building design, value engineering and demonstrate foresight in resolution of potential construction problems
- Previous experience in Microsoft Project an advantage (not critical)
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong knowledge and awareness of OH&S
- Open site supervisor license
- Construction Industry White Card is essential
- Current drivers’ licence
- Working with Children Check or willingness to undergo check
