Our client is looking to acquire a Project Manager to deliver projects across Retail/Industrial/Commercial fit out sectors.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead our fit-out projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and commercial environments, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the retail or commercial fit-out sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and fit-out methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
