Are you an experienced construction foreman with a strong background in commercial and industrial concreting?

We are based in Hemmant and specialise in commercial form, reo, pour packages for builders that require superior workmanship and precise attention to detail with commercial and industrial builds being our key focus throughout SE QLD (current project locations include Ripley, Ipswich, Joyner, Burpengary, West End, Woody Point, Rothwell).
As the Construction Foreman, you will oversee all stages of commercial and industrial concreting projects, from initial planning through to successful completion. You’ll manage on-site operations, coordinate teams, allocate tasks, monitor progress, liaise with Principal Contractors, report to management and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. This role requires the successful applicant to be hands-on rather than simply supervisory.
To be a successful applicant, you must be familiar with and capable in all aspects of concreting from managing detailed excavation, reading plans, forming slabs on ground and suspended slabs, reinforcing and placing and finishing concrete across all finishes including plain, broom finished, exposed, and concrete to be polished/honed. Attention to detail with regards to forming and finishing concrete is extremely important. Previous experience as a concrete supervisor is required.
