Site Manager to oversee apartment projects valued between $3M and $10M or more, based in Brisbane. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage significant projects and play a key role in the company's ongoing achievements.
YOUR Role as Site Manager will be crucial to our client’s success. This role provides a real chance to demonstrate your expertise in managing residential apartment construction projects. You will oversee site operations, ensure work is executed to the highest standards, and manage projects effectively from start to finish.
YOUR Experience
- QBCC Open Builders Licence and Supervisor’s or Builder’s Licence
- Proven experience managing apartment projects in the $3M to $10M+ range
- Extensive experience in commercial construction with a solid history of project delivery
- Strong leadership skills paired with in-depth industry knowledge
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A commitment to safety and maintaining a secure work environment
- Carpenter trade qualification and First Aid certificate
- Familiarity with Hammertech and Procore
