Reporting into, and supporting the construction team, the project coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting projects through from concept design to finalisation ensuring timescales are met and that the project runs in line with expectation. This role will work cross-functionally, being a focal communication point for various stakeholders and ensuring project information and status is well communicated to all involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project documentation in shared systems
- Review project Scope of Works and prepare relevant documentation
- Assist with contract administration during the project life cycle.
- Manage and oversee contract compliance requirements.
- Coordinate activities across construction, procurement, commissioning through to final operational handover
- Manage expenditure
- Attend design and client meetings, keeping minutes and updating project related documentation.
- Report on contractor’s monthly progress claims.
- Lead communication with project stakeholders.
Experience
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a Project / Construction Coordinator (ideally within the Data Centre, or other Mission Critical sector).
- High level of organisation and administration skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft office and Project Management tool skills
- Australian citizenship is essential for this role due to the requirement to obtain an NV1 Security Clearance**
