Role Overview:
As a Contract Manager, you will step up from your experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Contracts Administrator to oversee and manage luxury fit-out projects that cater to an elite clientele. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your experience in fit-out or interior projects, combined with your leadership skills, will be crucial in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee luxury fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver bespoke solutions that meet the exacting standards of high-net-worth clients.
- Lead contract negotiations, manage project budgets, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their vision is realized to the highest standard.
- Supervise project teams, ensuring that all work adheres to the company’s strict quality control processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out/interior projects, ideally within luxury or high-end sectors - new build experience will also be considered
- Strong tenure with previous employers, demonstrating stability and commitment (not leaving every 1 or 2 years).
- Experience managing projects ranging from $10M - $100M AUD
- UK working rights (UK Citizen or Resident) or eligibility for a Youth Mobility Visa (Under 35 years old with no dependents), with the potential for sponsorship.
