The Role;
PROPERTY MANAGER
- Managing a local portfolio
- Leasing & Administration support
- Monday to Friday only
- Salary up to $85k+Super, depending on experience.
About you:
- Property Manager - 2+ years managing a residential portfolio
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence
- Experience using a Property Management program being; RP Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, PropertyMe, Property Tree or Reapit
- Corporate attire
- Excellent communication & written skills
