We are seeking a Sourcing and Contracts Specialist with a strong background in mining operations to oversee the full source to contract process and provide post-award contract management support.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for major contracts.
- Support annual sourcing plans and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
- Prepare and manage contractual documents, oversee post-award contract management, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain the contracts register across operational sites and managing supplier relationships.
- Provide commercial advice to internal teams, conducting site visits (as needed), reviewing new suppliers, and managing regular procurement reporting.
About You:
- Experience in mining operations, particularly in managing large contracts and procurement processes.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to align with operational and stakeholder needs.
- Proven experience managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance across multiple locations.
