We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to work in a leading building materials company committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance department to ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and extend the lifecycle of company assets. This role requires hands-on management, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills to ensure that preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Specifically, we are seeking candidates with:
- Relevant engineering or related qualification or equivalent operational expertise
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in a maintenance related field
- Microsoft suite of programs, general CMMS/SAP experience
- Deliver results (Leads performance and manages execution)
- Energizes People (Sets vision and leads by example)
- Develops and executes company's strategy and objectives
- Manages and allocates Resources
- Hazards and Risk Management
- Manages Incidents
