We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring. You will work closely with our project managers and legal team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full contract administration process: preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring.
- Review and analyze contract terms for legal and contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient contract execution.
- Resolve contract compliance issues and disputes; maintain accurate contract records.
- Develop relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders; implement processes to enhance contract efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction management, or a related field
- At least 2 + years of experience in contract administration within the building industry
- Experience working on largescale building projects from $70m upwards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and procurement
