Exciting opportunity for an experienced Melbourne CA to join a highly successful and well-established NSW contractor as they open up for business in Melbourne with projects already secured and ready to begin last quarter of 2024/start 2025.
THEM
Mid-tier Main contractor with solid reputation in NSW who is now expanding into VIC at the request of key clients (multiple projects already signed off and approved for construction).
Deliver across commercial, education, residential, health & government sectors.
Work in both the new build construction and Fit Out/refurb space on projects up to $15M
Have experienced steady growth for 10yrs due to successful delivery & repeat clients.
Looking for a CA to work under the Melbourne based leader.
YOU
Experienced CA with commercial new build and Fit Out projects in Melbourne.
Exposure to $5M in value for individual projects.
Rounded CA skills, giving you the ability to work autonomously.
Enough experience to see the bigger picture, and work collaboratively with the Head Office in Sydney.
Experience in health and education sectors including live environments will be very highly regarded.
