As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the contractual aspects of our projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that all contractual obligations are met, while also safeguarding the interests of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and administer contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, managing variations and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to clarify contractual terms, resolve disputes, and facilitate effective communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all contractual documents, correspondence, and project-related files.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential contractual risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the company’s interests are protected.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on contract status, potential issues, and financial implications.
