About The Role
This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of assessment-related changes and projects in education. It involves working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver, and operationalise assessment activities, ensuring smooth transformation of clinical assessments into the workplace-based training and assessment environment.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in innovative and strategic project management and/or program development in educational settings.
- Excellent written and communication skills with well-developed analytical and research skills to enable preparation of a range of complex documents and presentations using a variety of digital tools.
- Tertiary qualifications i.e. Degree in education and/or an equivalent combination of education/training and development, and/or assessment experience in post-graduate education will be highly regarded.
- Experience in Competency-Based Model Education (CBME) in education settings such as curriculum design, assessment methods and post-graduate medical education is highly desirable.
- Experience within a membership organisation or the not-for-profit sector or experience in medical education would be an advantage.
Some Of What's On Offer
- Salary range from $79,900-$99,900 inclusive of Super and Leave Loading.
- A great hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
- A monthly free paid day off for full-time staff, with pro-rata benefits for part-time staff.
