Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed construction documentation for multi-residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate closely with project architects and designers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Work within project timelines and adhere to quality control standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage and update project documentation as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a documenter in the architectural industry.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar documentation software.
- Experience documenting multi-residential and commercial projects is essential.
- Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in architecture or building design.
