Your New Role
As a Project Officer in this team, you will play a crucial role in operationalising the model endorsed by the Government. Your primary focus will be to process and gather information to support the assessment and decision-making in relation to applications. This role requires strategic thinking, the ability to develop and implement new processes, and proficiency across various departmental platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships in sensitive settings.
• Resilience, empathy, and be capable of handling emotionally challenging material.
• Strong planning and organising skills, service excellence, and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail.
