Job Description
The Project Coordinator has responsibility to support the Project Manager in delivery of work package Projects with SEGULA Technologies Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project metrics to assess performance and progress.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare regular reports to communicate project status and metrics to stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring projects are within financial limits.
- Transition from basic dashboard management to a more robust financial tracking system to improve financial oversight.
- Work with finance teams to manage invoices, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Implement change management processes to handle project variations effectively.
- Evaluate and document change requests, ensuring they are aligned with project objectives.
- Communicate changes to all relevant stakeholders and manage the impact of changes on project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Create and deliver presentations for stakeholders and project teams to communicate project updates, milestones, and results.
- Utilize visuals and data to effectively convey project status and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on metric and finance tracking.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in project management software and financial tracking tools.
- Experience in PowerBI
