Our client based in the South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne are looking for 2 Property Managers to join their teams, with 2 locations available! We are hiring a Senior Property Manager & a Junior Property Manager.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio based locally around the South-Eastern Suburbs
- Mostly Office based role
- No Weekends, Monday to Friday ONLY
- Leasing Support
- Field Agents Support for Routines, Condition Reports etc.
- OurProperty (if you have experience with this program this is advantageous)
SENIOR ROLE: Salary up to $90K+Super (dep on experience)
JUNIOR ROLE: Salary up to $70K+Super (dep on experience)
About You
- Experience managing a residential portfolio - 12+ months
- Experience using OurProperty Software is an advantage
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- A very strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enjoy working within a fast-paced team
