Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment withorganisational goals.
- Formulate strategies to maximise project profitability and mitigate risks.
- Prepare project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Monitor project expenses and cash flow, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to develop design concepts and construction plans.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Monitor progress, quality, and performance of contractors and subcontractors, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate inspections by regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in property development, real estate management, or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, financial analysis, and development processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
