Responsibilities
They have an opening for a superstar Administrator to join them. Reporting to the Operations Manager the responsibilities are as follows :
Construction Administrator
- Provision of admin support across the Construction Team including; liaising with and organising trades, suppliers and contractors.
- Managing covenants, council submissions etc
- Assisting with colour selections
- Solving queries of new clients
- Keeping clients updated on the build process
- General construction administration duties
To be successful in either of these roles, you will have:
- Previous experience in a fast paced administration role within residential construction - 2+ years minimum.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Experience working with a custom home builder preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in Onsite Companion software is preferred
- Backed with good references
