Successfully operating for over 17 years, our client has an impressive portfolio and a strong project pipeline, ensuring consistent work with repeat clients through 2026 and beyond.
The Role
Due to ongoing growth, our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team for upcoming projects on the Gold Coast. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multi-residential builds valued between $30mil - $40mil, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

About you:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential or commercial projects valued $30mil+
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams
- Excellent ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project milestones effectively
- Familiarity with Procore (highly regarded)
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualification
