They are a forward thinking contractor dedicated to exceptional quality and strong client collaboration. They have a large project book of local government, commercial & industrial projects, rail and subdivisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee diverse range of civil works inclusive of earthworks, drainage, roads, commercial pads, sub-division and rail projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the onsite team, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by project management.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years experience as civil supervisors
- Ideally, candidates with experience in earthworks & urban developments
- Must have valid drivers licence
- Great team player that's looking for a company to grow their career with
