Duties Include
- Database management
- Client liaison and communication as directed
- Assisting with maintenance
- Arrears reporting
- Insurance reporting
- Essential services
- Assisting with market reviews
- Lease option and expiry Reporting
- Conducting inspections as required and preparing inspection reports
- Fielding phone calls and general administration e.g. preparing letters, emails and reports
- Assisting with Budgeting, Reconciliations and Estimate of outgoing reports
- Other duties as required
About You:
- Previous experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate (a minimum of 6 months of commercial experience or 3 years of residential preferred)
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
- Team player - cooperates and works well with others to pursue team goals
- Flexibility and responsiveness - the ability to easily adapt to different priorities and tackle a variety of tasks as requested
