Vestas are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Customer Relationship Management to manage our team in Melbourne. This is a excellent opportuity to join a unique team in a company focussed on making our world a greener place.Our customer relationship division works directly with our service site client owners to facilitate questions, problems, upgrade requests and service scheduling and many other qeries. As the Head of Customer Relationship Management you will manage our CR team and their portfolio of clients to ensure Vestas continue to service our wind farms at the highest level while maintaining a high level of solution management.
In this role you will be able to utilise your excellent relationship management skills and enjoy a healthy communication towards client negotiation.
Responsibilites - Being a part of both cross-regional and country management team
- Leading a team of Customer Management Staff
- Ensuring an appropriate level of knowledge and competencies to enable performance compliant with Vestas' strategy and market requirements
- Being responsible for a long-term strategy and coordinating regional customer's portfolio
- Solving complaints or supporting team members in negotiations and contractual settlements Safeguard effective deployment of resources, processes, procedures and proposals to improve the Service organization
- Supporting the Region and country Management in initiatives contributing to overall success of the Vestas in the market
Qualifications - Relevant Bachelor's degree in e.g. Economics, Supply Chain or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an International Service organization and proven experience with leadership and people management
- Financial insight and knowledge of key figures and KPI's within a Service
- Legal/commercial background and experience in negotiations
Competencies - Good leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate others
- Great communication skills, combined with a commercial mindset
- Experience with change and conflict management
- Good stakeholder management skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Good negotiationskills
