About the Role:
As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead by example, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a safe work environment in line with OH&S practices.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

About You:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably custom / high end
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, OH&S practices, and quality standards.
