We’re revolutionizing plastic recycling, and we need passionate engineers to help us lead the charge. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in both greenfield and brownfield projects, driving cutting-edge design solutions that directly impact the environment. You’ll be at the heart of our innovation efforts, working alongside dynamic, cross-functional teams to create and deliver impactful, scalable solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in sustainable technology. You will...
- Assist in the creation and modification of piping and mechanical designs, ensuring they comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Use design software to create 2D and 3D models and drawings, including general arrangement, fabrication as well as piping and instrumentation drawings.
- Work under senior engineers to implement design changes, updates, and optimizations.
- Perform analysis of structures and loadings.
- Write Technical Reports and equipment data sheets.
- Prepare fabrication and construction cost estimates.
- Prepare scope of works documentation.
- Perform site work.
- Adhere to the company's quality, safety and health management functions.
- Perform any work-related duties required by the Chief technical officer and Director of Process Engineering.
Qualifications...
- A recognised degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant design experience - but if you feel like you have what it takes and have less experience still apply - we like to think outside of the box.
