🔎 Key Responsibilities
🛠️ Establish a project team to accept initial ECCPBs from Defence
🧭 Lead capability realisation activities to inform Government decisions on future ECCPB deliveries
🤝 Determine support and sustainment arrangements with Defence
📅 Execute acquisition and sustainment agreements with Defence
🔍 Develop a new ISS provider model using ILS principles
📈 Support ECCPB Mission and Support System reviews
👥 Manage a multi-disciplinary team of APS and contracted staff
📋 Report on fleet uplift and transition progress to senior executives and governance fora
🎯 Develop strategy for vessel delivery and divestment in line with capability plans
🔗 Build an integrated team with Defence for ECCPB acquisition and sustainment
